I was happy to be asked to participate in a series of interviews at the Visual Storytellers Studio Jill Bergman was kind enough to post a series of interviews with the members of the group. This week it is my turn to answer some questions and show off a tiny bit. I hope you will visit and take a look at all the interviews posted there.

More to SMILE about

We have something to SMILE about. All the new articles and postings on the Picture Bookies Blog. If you list Blogs to Follow, you might want to add this one to your following. The artists who contribute to this blog are all members of the Picture Bookies, a group of professional illustrator/authors dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults through words and pictures.
With thanks to Sherry Rogers we have brightened up our blog with a new banner which will change "spots" from time to time.
Interesting articles, words to the wise, hints for productivity in an ever changing economic climate and just great art await you at the Picture Bookies Blog.

An INVITATION

The Picture Bookies, a group of illustrators dedicated to creating imaginative stories and art for children began a group blog about two years ago. This blog featured the artwork of 50 talented children's illustrators. As a weekly feature we have enjoyed the particpation of so many and been amazed at the magnificent artwork presented there. For the time being the gallery is closed to any new submissions, but will remain online as a show case well worth visiting. Be sure to stop in and spend some time wandering the halls of the Picture Bookies Showcase.
