There is definitely a fierce issue here - the fierce need to take a break from working and play with the animals. Awesome work.
This is wonderful and prefect for the topic.
there's always such a wonderful story in your illustrations....this one says so much in such a magical way.
great illustration & funny--I think we all have our own dragons!Linda
Just another day in your studio!LOL!!!Cute Ginger, I love the personal touches!
This is awesome! Is that a picture of Henry on the wall or one of his girlfriends? Love this Ginger and I owe you a coffee :)
Actually that is a picture of Winston the Wonderhound, or Agent 72 as he is known on his blog. He and his friend Lennox the dragon are featured in this painting. I haven't kept Winston's adventures up to date, but will if I get a break in between illustration assignments. Winston passed away in 2004 and it took us until 2007 to find Henry. Although they are both beagles, they are as different as night and day. It is like our own children, they are all so different from each other as well.
Very good illo, how does she get anything done")
i can see the changes ginger! so cool!
This is truly great! Now that the kids are out of school for the summer, I have to agree -- sometimes the distraction gets pretty fierce.
Oh, a great illustration of you and Winston, Ginger. And his friend Lennox sure looks fierce!I'm glad you have Henry now... :-)
Great illustration, Ginger! I love your illos of Winston. :)
Ginger I can see so much of you in her face. I have always loved this illustration. Love those feet!
Love your naughty Winston and cute Lennox (he doesn't look fierce to me, ^.^)!Beautiful beautiful colors!
Ha! Ha! These things are what makes life great! Very nicely done. I don't understand why you would want to simplify your style, though!
