ILLUSTRATION FRIDAY ~ PLAIN

This is an actual tree down the hill from where we live. The tiny bird's nest has a dome of snow on top and it just made me think how frustrated a bird would be if he/she were trying to build a nest and had to face an early spring surprise.

Some days it is just PLAIN that things are going to get a bit complicated.

Ginger, this has such a wonderful winter quality to it....like the way it feels to be enveloped by a blanket of silent snow all around.

I like your picture because it makes me feel happy. The fog and crystals make it seem magical.

A lovely illustration, with a dreamy feel, that tiny bird a touch of color against the blue winter sky. And such a nice message too, very true and wise.
